Technion Israel Institute of Technology
Home to the Russell Berrie Nanotechnology Institute (RBNI) which unifies the work of more than 100 research faculty in 12 disciplines and supports centers in microelectronics, electron microscopy and surface characterization. The Institute will also provide infrastructure for new centers in nanoelectronics and nanobiotechnology.

Weizmann Institute of Science
Home to three distinct fundamental research efforts: the Braun Center for Submicron Research enabling design, material growth, fabrication, and characterization of mesoscopic electronic semiconductor systems; the Kimmel Center for Nanoscale Science, establishing critical research links between molecular biology and nanoscale science; and the Goldschleger Center for Nanophysics, supporting theoretical and experimental nanophysics.

Hebrew University of Jerusalem
Home to the Harvey M. Krueger Family Center for Nanocience and Nanotechnology, a multidisciplinary center with over 35 research groups from chemistry, physics, engineering, life sciences, pharmacology and medicine, covering diverse areas of nanomaterials, nano-bio, nano-medicine, nanoelectronics and nano-optics. The Center provides state of the art research infrastructure in the service units for nanocharacterization and nanofabrication.
