Israel recognizes the essential role that established industry will play in moving nano-enabled and nano-enabling technologies 'onstream'.
Nanotechnology will become a strategic factor in the future competitiveness of many Israeli products and applications, over a broad range of industries. Together with nanotech startups, established Israeli companies are eligible for special support by existing and new government programs.
The INNI nanotech R&D survey identifies more than a dozen Israeli corporations already engaged in nanotech-related R&D, either independently or in collaboration with academic or industrial partners.
